Children in conflict with the law are already victims of circumstances, mostly because of poverty and exploitation by adult crime syndicates. Detaining childrens will not teach them accountability for their actions. Children who are exploited and driven by adults to commit crimes need to be protected, not further penalized insted they need better resources to rehabilitate, to develop program such as educational development or psychological development.
This topic is related to my passion in life because we all know that childrens that involve in commiting crimes are childrens that are lack of parenting also lack of education. But for me by playing sport you can avoid the things that will bring you in danger.
We all know that crimes are one of the problem in our society and the reality slap us that childrens are involved in this kind of things. Mostly because of poverty and exploitation by adult crime syndicates.
It is related to my life experience because we all know that if poverty hit us we can do anything to escape poverty, but in this situation childrens are involved and a reality that as yong as 9 years old childrens can do crimes.
It increases my understanding about my topic because it gives me more knowledge about the child rights that I can use anytime abd anywhere.
Yeah, I surely recommend this topic about juvenile discrimination law especially to all citizen out there that concern to the safety of childrens that need to be protected, not further penalized.
As a youth that also concern to childrens that involved in commiting crimes, I am against about this law because we all know the age given is very young to do crimes and at this age we all know that their mindset aren’t appropriate in this kind of things and their thinking is just beginning to grow to make right decisions.
